Join REXEL in Mount Pearl as an Inside Sales Representative, where you will support customers via phone and email. This role focuses on processing orders, inquiries, and quotations while ensuring a high level of customer service.
What you will do
- Service customers via phone and email
- Process orders, inquiries, and quotations
- Achieve high customer service level
- Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives
- Make follow-up calls on quotations
- Make at least four outbound calls per day to solicit business
What you bring
- Minimum two years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Proven communication and customer relationship skills
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Computer literate
- Product knowledge of electrical business
- Team player
Nice to have
- AS400 experience
- Electrical apprenticeship experience
