About the job

Catawiki is looking for a Senior Accounting & Reporting Manager to lead its financial reporting and compliance. In this role, you will oversee the month-end close process and ensure IFRS-compliant accounting, while managing relationships with local accountants and auditors.

What you will do

  • Lead month-end close for IFRS-compliant accounting
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, annual reporting to management and board
  • Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage relationships with local accountants and external auditors
  • Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls
  • Partner with stakeholders on cross-functional projects

What you bring

  • Academic degree in accounting and RA, CPA or equivalent
  • At least 8 years experience in financial control and accounting at international company or Big Four
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS
  • Strong leadership skills with team development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Hands-on, flexible working style with ability to manage multiple projects
