Catawiki is looking for a Senior Accounting & Reporting Manager to lead its financial reporting and compliance. In this role, you will oversee the month-end close process and ensure IFRS-compliant accounting, while managing relationships with local accountants and auditors.

Lead month-end close for IFRS-compliant accounting
Deliver monthly, quarterly, annual reporting to management and board
Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements
Manage relationships with local accountants and external auditors
Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls
Partner with stakeholders on cross-functional projects

Wat je meebrengt

Academic degree in accounting and RA, CPA or equivalent
At least 8 years experience in financial control and accounting at international company or Big Four
Strong knowledge of IFRS
Strong leadership skills with team development experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Hands-on, flexible working style with ability to manage multiple projects
