What you will do

Lead consumer research projects for packaging innovation and renovation
Deliver actionable consumer insights to guide packaging decisions
Build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners
Execute qualitative and quantitative research studies end-to-end
Support development of scalable research tools and best practices
Manage research budgets and vendor relationships

What you bring

Master's or PhD in Consumer Science, Psychology, or related field
3–5 years experience in Consumer Experience or related discipline
Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative consumer research
Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations

Nice to have

Experience managing external research agencies
Experience supporting innovation or product/package development
Experience working in FMCG
