Kraft Heinz is looking for an FSQ External Manufacturing Intern to support the quality and food safety team in Nijmegen. In this role, you will help manage complaints, perform root cause analyses, and contribute to the digital transformation of the quality management system.
What you will do
- Manage and resolve consumer and customer complaints
- Perform and review root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- Support the external manufacturer team with data analysis and complaint management
- Support the digital quality management system transformation
- Assist in developing and maintaining product specifications
- Support product quarantine and release activities
What you bring
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Food Quality Management, Food Technology, or Food Safety
- Knowledge of HACCP and food operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data sets
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- EU working rights
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Knowledge of Dutch or other languages
- Interest in data and systems
- Interest in the FMCG industry
