About the job

NTS Optel in Nijmegen is looking for a Project Manager to lead customer projects from quotation through manufacturing and delivery. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project planning, risks, and changes. You will drive project execution and resolve operational and technical challenges.

What you will do

  • Lead customer projects from quotation through manufacturing and delivery
  • Define and monitor QLTC targets with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing, supply chain, quality and engineering
  • Manage project planning, risks, changes and customer expectations
  • Drive project execution and resolve operational and technical challenges

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
  • Experience in project management within high-tech manufacturing or mechatronics
  • Strong affinity with manufacturing processes and operational project execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Pragmatic, hands-on and result-driven mindset
  • Good command of Dutch and English
