Flink is looking for a Teamleider to lead order pickers and delivery riders at their Nijmegen location. This role is perfect for someone with a hands-on mentality who enjoys guiding a team in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Leading order pickers and delivery riders
• Responsible for service, productivity, and safety during the shift
• Assisting delivery riders on location
• Checking the bike fleet for damage
• Maintaining hygiene and cleaning
• Training new employees

What you bring

• Hands-on mentality
• Some leadership experience
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, retail, or hospitality
