About the job

Flink is looking for a Teamleider to lead order pickers and riders at their Amstelveen location. You will ensure service, productivity, and safety during your shift while assisting riders on site and helping with incoming goods and order picking.

What you will do

• Leading order pickers and riders
• Responsible for service, productivity, and safety during the shift
• Assisting riders on location
• Helping with incoming goods and order picking
• Checking the bike fleet for damage
• Training new riders and pickers

What you bring

• Hands-on mentality
• Some leadership experience
• Available for at least 16 hours per week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, retail, or hospitality
