What you will do

• Lead order pickers and delivery riders
• Ensure service, productivity, and safety during the shift
• Contribute to delivering orders within minutes
• Act as right hand to the location manager
• Assist delivery riders on location
• Manage inventory and help with incoming goods and order picking

What you bring

• Some leadership experience
• Available for at least 16 hours per week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Hands-on mentality
• Stay calm and motivate the team

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, retail, or hospitality
