Sopra Steria is seeking a Training Operations and Development Support Officer to support ESA in shaping the PM&C Academy. This role involves analyzing learning architectures and developing operating models within a dynamic international environment.
What you will do
- Support ESA in defining and selecting an operating model for the PM&C Academy
- Implement approaches for learning levels considering organizational and logistical factors
- Analyze Academy objectives, governance, and learning architecture
- Assess existing learning initiatives and infrastructure
- Develop and document alternative operating models
- Coordinate training logistics and participant registration
What you bring
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in adult learning and instructional design
- Experience in project management design and implementation
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of another European language
