NTS is looking for a Teamlead Production to lead and develop a team of 20 to 25 employees at their Drachten location. In this role, you oversee departments like Assembly, Heat Treatment, EDM, and conventional machining, translating departmental policies into concrete team goals.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of 20 to 25 employees
  • Oversee departments such as Assembly, Heat Treatment, EDM, and conventional machining
  • Translate departmental policy into concrete team goals
  • Coach, guide, and develop employees including HR tasks
  • Monitor and adjust performance indicators like planning, quality, and registration
  • Participate in daily production meetings and coordinate with colleagues

What you bring

  • At least mbo-4 or higher, preferably a technical education
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technical employees
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Affinity with technology and the high-tech manufacturing industry
  • Decisiveness, entrepreneurship, and a sense of responsibility
  • Good command of Dutch and English
