IFS is looking for a Senior Product Portfolio Analyst to join their team in Nunspeet. In this hybrid role, you will turn portfolio data into actionable insights and build predictive models to guide capital allocation and ROI decisions. You will also design AI-powered workflows and support product management strategy.

What you will do

Turn portfolio data into self-serve insights and decision tools
Build predictive models and scenario analyses for portfolio outcomes
Develop evidence-based capital allocation and ROI recommendations
Use AI-powered knowledge management to support strategy
Conduct root cause analysis on recurring organizational friction
Design and deploy AI agents and workflows for product management

What you bring

Background in product operations, portfolio management, or product management
Financial and commercial fluency for modeling scenarios and ROI
Comfort operating at portfolio level with prioritization and sequencing
Practical confidence using modern AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
Preference for enabling teams through tools and self-service
Comfort clarifying ambiguous requirements and building alignment

Nice to have

Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents or workflows
Understanding of software development in an AI-assisted context
Experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS product organizations
Familiarity with portfolio management frameworks
Exposure to data governance or data-sharing agreements
