Avery Dennison is seeking an EMENA Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead regulatory strategies and submissions across European markets. In this hybrid role based in Oegstgeest, you will serve as the internal expert on EU frameworks and drive environmental and sustainability mandates.

What you will do

  • Manage and execute regulatory strategies and submissions across European markets
  • Serve as internal expert on EU regulatory frameworks and legislative changes
  • Lead transition for environmental and sustainability mandates
  • Represent company in industry committees and regulatory bodies
  • Manage audit lifecycle for third-party certifiers
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive top-line growth

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Law, or related technical discipline
  • Extensive regulatory affairs experience in manufacturing or industrial sector in Europe
  • Thorough knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex regulations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
