Avery Dennison is looking for a Senior HR Manager and Business Partner for the Netherlands, based in Oegstgeest. In this hybrid role, you will partner with business leaders to design and implement strategic HR programs and act as the Country Lead for compliance. You will drive talent management, succession planning, and performance management while coaching managers on organizational design and leadership development.

What you will do

Partner with business leaders to design and implement strategic HR programs
Act as Country Lead for compliance in the Netherlands
Work with workforce support and operations teams to improve manager and employee experience
Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance management
Coach managers on organizational design and leadership development
Partner with Works Councils and unions

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
Several years in a senior HR business partner or manager role in an international environment
Deep knowledge of Dutch labor law and works council processes
Fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to have

Experience in CLA negotiations
