About the job

As Procurement Category Lead Films EMENA at Avery Dennison, you will define and execute the strategic direction for filmic materials across Europe. This role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and implementing procurement agreements while driving innovation and sustainability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the value chain and strengthen competitive positioning.

What you will do

  • Develop and align strategic direction for Filmic materials in Europe
  • Source and negotiate commercial terms and implement procurement agreements
  • Introduce new suppliers and products to support innovation and sustainability
  • Optimize end-to-end value chain using Total Cost of Ownership analysis
  • Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing on roadmaps and cost savings
  • Scan market and supply base for competitive positioning and supplier-driven innovation

What you bring

  • Academic degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 10+ years experience in similar function in international industrial environment
  • Proven strategic sourcing and vendor management skills
  • Ability to manage market volatility and multiple projects
  • Excellent English communication and willingness to travel

Nice to have

  • Industry or Resin & Film raw material knowledge
