Avery Dennison is seeking a Global Procurement Manager for the Paper Category to lead strategic sourcing initiatives worldwide. Based in Oegstgeest, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to drive multi-year global strategies and foster supplier partnerships.
What you will do
- Formulate and execute multi-year global sourcing strategies
- Lead end-to-end tendering and direct negotiations
- Cultivate strategic supplier partnerships and mitigate risks
- Foster a unified global materials group mindset across regions
- Manage AOP forecasting, cost modeling, and index management
- Ensure compliance with sustainability mandates like EUDR and PPWR
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic sourcing or category management with material cost accountability
- 5+ years of managerial experience in a global matrix organization
- Excellent command of English
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree
- Mandarin proficiency
- Paper category expertise
