What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Polymer Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years lab experience, preferably with polymers, film constructions, or coatings
- Proven people management and team leadership experience
- High independence, agility, and strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Fluency in Dutch
