Avery Dennison is looking for a Screen Printer to join their team in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk. In this role, you will operate Sakurai cylinder presses and ensure high-quality print output. The position is fully onsite.

What you will do

Set up and operate Sakurai cylinder screen printing presses
Mix and verify custom inks against Pantone references
Control squeegee angle, pressure, and off-contact distance
Inspect registration, color consistency, and print quality
Perform routine machine maintenance and clean components
Record production parameters in ERP/MES system

What you bring

Vocational degree in Graphic Media or Print Technology
Hands-on experience with Sakurai cylinder presses
Knowledge of screen printing parameters and ink chemistry
Good English or Dutch proficiency

Nice to have

Superior color differentiation for Pantone matching
Attention to micro-details in print registration
Autonomous, quality-focused work ethic
Experience with 5S principles
