Avery Dennison is looking for an intern to support the HR and Talent Acquisition team in the Netherlands. The internship focuses on recruitment, employer branding, and building a vibrant intern community. This is a hybrid role based in Oegstgeest for a duration of six months.
What you will do
- Lead recruitment and selection for all internship positions in the Netherlands
- Foster a welcoming intern community through events and networking
- Support organization and participation in recruitment events
- Maintain talent attraction communication tools
- Collaborate on projects to enhance talent attraction and employer branding
What you bring
- Student in Business Administration, HR, Communications, Psychology or related
- Enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire internship
- Very good English communication skills
Nice to have
- Interest in human resources and employer branding
- Strong organizational skills
