About the job

What you will do

Lead and supervise daily production activities and team members
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and promote safety culture
Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
Manage workforce planning, training, and performance

What you bring

Multi-year experience managing complex product portfolio
Experience in make-to-order and make-to-specification environment
Experience in screen printing technologies and techniques
Experience with design software and printing equipment interfaces
Solid experience leading multi-cultural operational teams
Capable of first-line maintenance and diagnosing machine failures

Nice to have

Experience in heat transfers and digital printing
Knowledge of Sakurai, Zund, Anapurna, and Picocolor equipment
