About the job
Eurofins is looking for a Sample Management Officer to join their team in Oegstgeest. In this role, you will manage the intake, registration, and disposal of samples, ensuring smooth coordination with logistics and QC analysts.
What you will do
- Receive and register samples and documentation
- Review incoming samples and documentation
- Manage sample disposal activities
- Coordinate sample shipments with logistics
- Prepare project documentation for QC analysts
- Ensure specifications and methods are available and verified
What you bring
- Completed MBO or HBO education in laboratory science or chemistry
- Knowledge of laboratory work or chemicals
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and flexible attitude
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of pharmacopoeias
- Experience in pharmaceutical company or lab
- Experience with LIMS system
