OnLogic is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team in Oosterhout. In this role, you will drive digital campaigns and demand generation across European markets, focusing on SEO, paid search, email, and automation. You will work with a collaborative team to scale multi-language initiatives and optimize the customer journey.

What you will do

Manage SEO/SEM initiatives and optimize landing pages
Test paid search campaigns to attract high-intent leads
Write, design, build, and deliver targeted email campaigns
Own automation within HubSpot for onboarding, nurturing, retention, and re-engagement
Partner with team to write, schedule, and curate social media content
Scale digital campaigns and multi-language demand generation across European regions

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in email marketing and/or digital marketing
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, HubSpot preferred
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
Knowledge of global email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and list hygiene best practices
Proven track record in European digital marketing expansion, including multi-market localization and multi-language demand generation

Nice to have

Proficiency in HubSpot's Design Manager
Experience with HubL or HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting and template customization
