OnLogic is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its EU marketing strategy from Oosterhout. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on team coaching and cross-functional coordination.

What you will do

Develop EU marketing strategy aligned with global and European goals
Review campaign and channel performance against cost-per-lead and pipeline targets
Check in with EU Sales leadership on pipeline health and marketing support needs
Direct and coach team members covering sales alignment, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and coordination
Brief Global Marketing Hub on EU market needs and follow up on stuck items
Coordinate with channel and ecosystem partners on joint marketing activities

What you bring

8+ years in B2B marketing
At least 3 years owning budget, strategy, and a team simultaneously
Direct experience in performance marketing and demand generation
Experience with hub-and-spoke or center-of-excellence marketing model
Experience in multi-country European go-to-market context
Business-level English

Nice to have

B2B technology, industrial, or hardware sector experience
Experience managing channel or partner marketing relationships
Working fluency with intent-data or ABX platforms and CRM-integrated marketing operations
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
Team leadership and coaching skills
A second major EU business language
