About the job

OnLogic is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to focus on the NATO and EU public sector. In this role, you will identify new customers and manage relationships with NATO agencies, EU defense organizations, and allied Ministries of Defence. You will develop international sales strategies and travel up to 50% of the time to engage defense decision-makers.

What you will do

  • Identify new customers and manage existing relationships with NATO agencies, EU defense organizations, and allied Ministries of Defence
  • Develop unique selling propositions and international sales strategies for public sector and defense customers
  • Travel up to 50% of time to engage defense decision-makers and attend trade shows
  • Partner with Engineering and Sales teams to identify new product opportunities from customer feedback
  • Manage key accounts post-sale and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create business proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close deals with internal teams

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, international relations, business, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of sales or business development experience targeting NATO, EU defense bodies, or European MoDs
  • Leadership experience in NATO command structures, allied militaries, or defense acquisition agencies
  • Proven track record with defense prime contractors, public sector integrators, and international procurement mechanisms
  • Deep understanding of industrial compute or rugged edge computing in tactical environments
  • Fluent English (C2/C1) and preferred second European language
