Join OnLogic as a Sales Project Manager in Oosterhout. You will bridge sales and engineering, guiding custom projects from presales through mass production.

What you will do

Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering on system configuration and feasibility
Draft Statements of Work with project definitions and milestones
Serve as operational contact from presales to mass production
Develop project plans and track milestones using Jira and Smartsheet
Facilitate cross-functional communication among multiple teams
Manage project scope changes and monitor budgets

What you bring

5+ years project management experience with large custom projects
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
Proficiency with project management software like Jira or Smartsheet
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with ERP system Odoo

Nice to have

PMP or comparable certification
Bachelor's degree
Operational background in Sales or Business Operations
