About the job
Helin Data B.V. is looking for a Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle in a hybrid role based in Rijswijk. You will lead teams, establish best practices, and serve as a senior escalation point for customer challenges.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from pre-sales to deployment
- Lead and develop teams including project managers, field engineers, and partners
- Establish delivery best practices, methodologies, dashboards, and improvement processes
- Ensure delivery excellence through governance, resource planning, forecasting, and portfolio management
- Serve as senior escalation point for customer and operational challenges
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations for commercial alignment
What you bring
- 10+ years in delivery leadership, consulting, program management, or professional services in technology
- Proven success leading complex customer implementations and cross-functional teams
- Strong customer-facing presence with stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience building and scaling delivery organizations in fast-growing businesses
- Strong commercial acumen with contract negotiation and SOW experience
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
Nice to have
- Experience with Industrial IoT, Edge Computing, AI-driven solutions, and data analytics
- Understanding of OT environments, cybersecurity, industrial automation, SCADA, and systems integration
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and industrial software
- Experience in Maritime, Offshore, Renewable Energy, Industrial Automation, or Critical Infrastructure sectors
- Agile, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications
- Experience building and managing international delivery partner ecosystems
