About the job
Huawei Europe in Rijswijk is looking for a Financial Manager who speaks Mandarin Chinese. You will support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and drive financial performance across projects.
What you will do
- Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare account and project-level budgets and rolling forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and drive corrective actions
- Review contract clauses and negotiate customer agreements
- Coordinate consolidated budgets and report variances to senior stakeholders
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
What you bring
- 5+ years of finance experience in project controlling, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or financial reporting tools
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
