About the job

Monday Merch is a fast-paced scale-up in Rotterdam. As an AI Automation & Agent Builder Intern, you will build internal AI assistants and automations to streamline team workflows. You will structure scattered information and help teams adopt the tools you create.

What you will do

  • Build internal AI assistants for repeated team questions or operational checks
  • Structure scattered information from emails, spreadsheets, and internal docs
  • Create simple automations to remove copying or status-update work
  • Test prompts and guardrails for reliable workflows
  • Write documentation and help teams adopt what you build
  • Measure whether prototypes save time or reduce mistakes

What you bring

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and learning new software quickly
  • Basic technical fluency with spreadsheets, prompts, APIs, or simple scripts
  • Interested in e-commerce, operations, or internal tools
  • Communicates clearly with non-technical teammates
  • Tests edge cases and cares about workflow reliability
  • Can work from Rotterdam office

Nice to have

  • Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Google Sheets automation, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or an API
