What you will do
- Drive partner growth by increasing adoption of HAPI products
- Expand AI and product adoption within partner ecosystems
- Strengthen and deepen partnerships with stakeholders
- Enable partner success with product, support, and engineering teams
- Engage partner customers to understand needs and translate feedback
What you bring
- 3+ years of partner or channel experience with embedded/API integrations
- Deep experience with APIs, XML feeds, embedded software, or white-label integrations
- Fluency in English and German
- Genuine interest in AI and its application in hiring
- Proven ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with accountability for numbers

- Fluency in French
