Monday Merch is a fast-growing international scale-up based in Rotterdam. As an HR Intern, you will support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of meaningful projects.

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with contract administration and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate and improve the onboarding experience for new hires
  • Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Help organise team events and culture-building activities

What you bring

  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Interested in HR and employee experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
