Monday Merch, a fast-growing international scale-up in the heart of Rotterdam, is looking for a Junior Merch Consultant to support its German-speaking B2B clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, helping them bring their merch projects to life while building lasting relationships.
What you will do
- Act as first point of contact for new German-speaking B2B customers
- Provide information about services and help realize merch projects
- Build relationships with customers and ensure they sign and return
- Meet KPIs on sign rate, customer activity, and returning revenue
- Suggest product catalog improvements based on client input
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers
