Monday Merch is a fast-growing scale-up based in Rotterdam. As their Performance Marketeer, you take ownership of paid acquisition across multiple markets and drive results through hands-on campaign management.
What you will do
- Own paid acquisition and run main markets
- Execute weekly changes for Google and Microsoft Ads
- Keep markets on pace against monthly and yearly plans
- Manage tracking and attribution across platforms
- Write and test ad copy and assets
- Run experiments with new campaign types and markets
What you bring
- 2-4 years hands-on in SEA or performance marketing
- Experience with accounts of €50k+ per month
- Results-driven and structured
- Excited about using AI tools
- Clear English communication
Nice to have
- Dutch or other languages
