Dapper is looking for an HR Intern to support the team in Rotterdam. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

What you will do

Support recruitment sourcing and candidate communication
Assist with onboarding new employees
Contribute to employee experience initiatives and process improvements

What you bring

Based in the Netherlands
Fluent in Dutch and English
Available 32–40 hours per week for 5–6 months
Available to start between October and November
Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
Proactive, driven, and eager to learn
