About the job

Monday Merch is a fast-growing startup based in the centre of Rotterdam. As an Inbound & Outbound Sales Intern, you will help qualify leads and manage merchandise projects while reaching out to potential B2B customers. This role offers hands-on experience in both inbound and outbound sales within a dynamic team.

What you will do

Qualify inbound leads by reviewing requests and understanding customer needs
Manage merchandise projects ranging from 3,000 to 100,000 euros
Research promising companies and prepare target lists for outbound sales
Reach out to potential B2B customers via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Develop materials for follow-ups such as merch concepts and guides

What you bring

Currently pursuing or recently completed a university-level education
Fluent in English
Enthusiastic and personable communicator
Highly organized and able to work in a structured manner
Available from July, August, September or October 2026 for at least 5-6 months

Nice to have

Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French
Passion for sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields
