Dapper is looking for a Junior Performance Marketer to help clients drive online growth from strategy to execution. You will work with diverse B2B businesses globally. Based in Rotterdam, you'll join a dynamic team focused on performance marketing.

What you will do

Work with diverse B2B businesses globally

What you bring

2 years relevant experience, ideally in B2B, fast scaling, or agency
At least 6 months with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid ads tool
Eager to learn and grow in B2B performance marketing
Collaborative and comfortable in fast-paced environment
Proactive attitude, willing to experiment and challenge
Able to analyze data and present clearly
