Internship: Technical Support & Partner Enablement

About the job

Join VONQ, a SaaS company in Rotterdam, as a Technical Support & Partner Enablement Intern. You will help partners integrate and launch through technical guidance and clear documentation.

What you will do

• Guide partners through technical lifecycle from documentation to launch
• Own and update HAPI Knowledge Base
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation
• Assist partners with XML data mapping
• Coordinate with job boards and partners via Slack and Teams

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for entire internship
• Curious about APIs and SaaS platforms
• Organized communicator with English fluency
• Detail-oriented
• Based in the Netherlands (Rotterdam area preferred)
