VONQ is looking for a New Business, Enterprise Account Executive to drive outbound sales and build a sustainable pipeline. You'll strategically target companies, lead discovery conversations, and manage the entire sales process in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
What you will do
- Create and harvest opportunities with outbound activity
- Strategically target companies and prospective buyers
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer priorities
- Communicate value proposition relevant to each customer
- Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
- Manage the sales process end to end and create accurate forecasts
What you bring
- 2–5 years of experience as a quota-carrying B2B consultative sales professional
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up
- Strong customer empathy and ability to translate needs into solutions
- Highly organized with time and pipeline management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Dutch
- Strong drive to learn and grow in a technology-driven environment
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, Work Tech, HR Tech, Recruitment Marketing Technology, digital marketing, or agency environments
- Experience with recruitment marketing or AI-driven solutions
