In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, helping them bring their merch projects to life while building lasting relationships.

- Act as first point of contact for new German-speaking B2B customers
- Provide information about services and help realize merch projects
- Build relationships with customers and ensure they sign and return
- Meet KPIs on sign rate, customer activity, and returning revenue
- Suggest product catalog improvements based on client input
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers
