Join VONQ in Rotterdam as a Sales Development Representative, where you'll drive multi-channel outbound prospecting and connect with HR and recruitment leaders. This hybrid role combines strategic outreach with collaborative teamwork to fuel business growth.
What you will do
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies
- Conduct initial discovery calls with key stakeholders
- Communicate value proposition to HR and recruitment leaders
- Collaborate with Account Executives for lead handover
- Maintain prospect tracking and pipeline metrics in CRM
What you bring
- 1–3 years of B2B outbound prospecting or sales development experience
- Self-motivated and resilient hunter mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or Dutch
- Exceptional curiosity, active listening, and time-management skills
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, Work Tech, HR Tech, or Recruitment Marketing
- Exposure to Recruitment Marketing technology or AI tools
- Familiarity with consultative frameworks like MEDDIC or BANT
