Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team in Schiphol-Rijk. In this role you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the kitchen operations. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on international cuisine and modern techniques.
What you will do
- Perform mise-en-place
- Prepare sauces, stocks, garnishes, pastries, ice cream
- Execute à la minute cooking and plating
- Monitor food quality and hygiene
- Supervise apprentices
- Support with staff meals and breakfast buffet items
What you bring
- Experience as Chef de Partie or equivalent
- Strong understanding of international cuisine and modern techniques
- Clean, organized, HACCP-compliant work style
- Creative, flexible, stress-resistant
- Good command of English
- Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends
Nice to have
- Dutch language is a plus
