About the job

dnata B.V. is looking for a GSE Manager to oversee ground support equipment operations at Schiphol. In this role, you manage the relationship with outsourced leasing and maintenance providers, ensuring fleet availability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

What you will do

  • Manage relationship with outsourced GSE leasing and maintenance provider
  • Oversee GSE contracts, SLAs, costs, and supplier performance
  • Define fleet requirements, replacement strategies, and sustainability initiatives
  • Ensure fleet availability, reliability, and contingency planning
  • Lead compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental standards
  • Manage GSE budgets and cost optimization programs

What you bring

  • 8–10 years experience in GSE fleet management, ground handling, or supplier/contract management
  • 4+ years managing outsourced providers or complex commercial contracts
  • Strong expertise in GSE fleet systems, telematics, budgeting, and contract management
  • Knowledge of ground handling safety standards and Dutch/EU health & safety regulations
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical apprenticeship with relevant GSE experience
  • Advanced leadership, communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
