Demand & Supply Planner Germany (m/f/d)
About the job
As a Demand & Supply Planner for Germany, you will manage the balance between demand and supply to keep inventory healthy and ensure product availability for your portfolio. You will handle daily order processing and improve supply chain KPIs while collaborating with various departments. This role is based onsite in Sevenum and involves direct supplier contact and participation in optimization projects.
What you will do
- Manage demand and supply balance to keep inventory healthy and maximize availability for your portfolio
- Process daily ordering, supported by the planning system
- Monitor and improve relevant supply chain KPIs
- Follow up and communicate status of critical supply issues
- Foster collaboration with departments like purchasing, logistics, and finance, and with suppliers
- Handle supplier contact and management, and join end-to-end optimization projects
What you bring
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience or a bachelor's/master's degree, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or business administration
- Quick learning ability and strong analytical skills, with the capacity to solve complex problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to effectively convey complex solutions to various stakeholders
- German and English language proficiency required
