Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior ERP Demand Process Manager to own and improve the Demand Management process within a complex enterprise systems environment. This hybrid role, based in Sevenum, focuses on bringing structure, transparency, and governance to the full demand lifecycle.

What you will do

Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process
Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle, reviewing incoming requests and maintaining portfolio data in Jira
Facilitate governance and decision-making by organizing demand review meetings and preparing decision materials
Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards, KPI reporting and demand pipeline insights
Drive process and tooling improvements, enhancing workflows, templates and governance standards

What you bring

5+ years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment
Experience working with Jira or comparable portfolio management tools
Ability to bring structure to complex processes and challenge incomplete requests constructively
Value collaboration across business and IT, motivated by improving processes rather than owning business priorities or technical solutions
