Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an ERP Application Owner to take charge of the operational lifecycle of its business-critical Warehouse Management applications. In this hybrid role based in Sevenum, you will ensure reliability and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you will do

Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of business-critical Warehouse Management ERP applications, ensuring reliability, maintainability and continuous improvement
Drive incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution
Own L1/L2 application operations, collaborating with ERP Consultants and Developers on complex L3 topics to ensure business continuity and application stability
Support operational readiness and solution validation for new changes and enhancements
Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements that enhance operational excellence and long-term maintainability
Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles to strengthen service quality and knowledge sharing

What you bring

3+ years of experience supporting or managing Warehouse Management business processes within an ERP or enterprise application environment
Enjoy analysing complex issues, identifying root causes and driving sustainable improvements
Understand application lifecycle and IT service management principles such as Incident, Problem and Change Management
Enjoy collaborating with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers, take ownership of applications and are motivated by continuous learning
Proactive mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve application operations, support processes, and user experience
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Experience with ITIL
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365
German is a plus
