Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an Internal Control & Process Improvement Specialist to strengthen its finance function in Sevenum. In this role, you will design and implement internal controls and drive process improvements across the organization.
What you will do
- Design and implement internal control framework in Finance
- Evaluate and improve financial processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor and report on control effectiveness and audit findings
- Collaborate with ERP team on system changes and optimization
- Align process improvements with stakeholders across departments
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years experience in Finance, Auditing or Consulting
- Experience with internal controls in Finance
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in ERP systems like Dynamics 365 and AuditBoard
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AI
