Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to coordinate group-wide financial planning and forecasting. You will act as a finance partner to HR and Pharma Operations leadership, preparing performance analyses and improving financial transparency.

What you will do

Coordinate group-wide financial planning and forecasting
Own planning and performance management cycles for HR and Pharma Operations
Prepare monthly performance analyses and management presentations
Analyze financial performance and operational KPIs
Improve forecasting accuracy and financial transparency
Act as finance partner to HR and Pharma Operations leadership

What you bring

Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
Four to six years of experience in FP&A or business controlling
Strong understanding of financial planning and performance management
Solid financial-modelling skills
Highly proficient in Excel and analytical tools like Power Query
Confident communication with senior stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience with Pigment or another enterprise planning platform
