About the job

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Internal Controls and Assurance Manager to strengthen its governance framework. In this role, you will execute risk-based control assessments and support the rollout of control frameworks across the organization.

What you will do

Execute risk-based control assessments across functions
Perform walkthroughs with process and control owners
Evaluate control design and document gaps
Test operating effectiveness and maintain working papers
Identify control deficiencies and propose severity ratings
Develop Risk and Control Matrices and support framework rollout

What you bring

Several years of hands-on experience in internal controls or assurance
Practical experience with walkthroughs and control testing
Strong skills in sampling, evidence evaluation, and working papers
Experience identifying control deficiencies and remediation
Working knowledge of Risk and Control Matrices and frameworks like COSO or SOX
Experience across multiple business processes

Nice to have

Experience with AuditBoard or Optro GRC platform
Professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CISA
Experience in a listed, regulated, or international organization
Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, e-commerce, logistics, or technology
German language skills
