Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Logistics Control Operator to join their team in Sevenum. In this role, you will oversee automated warehouse systems and use data to improve operations. You will work closely with logistics and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflows and meet quality targets.

What you will do

Monitor and control warehouse operations using Warehouse Management System
Oversee automated systems and respond to technical issues
Analyze operational KPIs and identify improvements
Collaborate with Logistics Management and Maintenance to resolve disruptions
Prioritize workflows to meet service and quality targets
Track operational data and contribute to process improvement

What you bring

Remains calm under pressure and makes informed decisions
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Interest in logistics and automated warehouse processes
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office
Good technical understanding and willingness to learn new systems
Good communication skills in German and English
