Join Redcare Pharmacy as a PTA in the Returns department, where you will manage pharmaceutical returns from customers, logistics, and manufacturers. You will ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while collaborating with various internal teams.

What you will do

Process pharmaceutical customer, logistics, and manufacturer returns
Inspect returns according to pharmaceutical quality and safety requirements
Communicate and correspond with suppliers and internal departments
Collaborate closely with purchasing, accounting, and other pharmaceutical teams
Handle administrative processing and documentation of return shipments
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of return processes

What you bring

Completed training as a PTA
Interest in pharmaceutical processes in logistics and quality
Structured, careful, and responsible working style
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Good written and spoken German and English
Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration

Nice to have

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX
Dutch language skills
