About the job

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a student to lead a logistics team on Sundays. You will guide a group of 20 to 50 employees and ensure smooth operations.

What you will do

• Lead a team of 20–50 employees in the logistics area
• Coach, train, and motivate the team
• Serve as the main contact for operational and personnel matters
• Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes
• Work closely with other team leaders and report to the shift leader
• Check attendance, break times, and working hours

What you bring

• Studying logistics or supply chain management, or have first leadership experience or solid knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
• Flexible to work at least 3 Sundays per month
• Hands-on mentality with a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Open and honest personality with the ability to build trust
• Strong team orientation and good sense for employees and operations
• Good verbal and written German and English skills
